CUTTING SERVICE
We can cut the 3030x1200x20mm sheets of furniture board to give you doors, draw fronts, cover panels and plinths. Sawing a sheet costs £50 plus VAT.
FINISHED SIZES
We cut doors 3mm smaller all round to give you a gap for the door to swing. If you request a door to suit a 600mm x 400mm, it will come 597mm x 397mm. Panels will be dead size.

EDGE FINISHING
The edges are left unsanded and unsealed and will require finishing on site. A “how to” guide on edge finishing is available on our how to page.
DRILLING FOR HINGES
We don’t drill the doors for hinge fixings. A “how to” video is available on our how to pages.
Finger Pulls
We have a tool to apply a groove along the top or side of the door.
Typically this adds £200 plus VAT onto top of the sawing.

MITRE CUTS
We don’t offer to mitre cut as the 45 degree edge is too difficult to protect through transport to site. A how to video is available on our how to page.
